About Wellon
Wellon offer customers tailor-made solutions for vitamins & supplements. By analysing their customer’s biochemistry, lifestyle, and nutrition habits they come up with a plan on how to reach their lifestyle goals. Wellon utilizes the combination of e-commerce, AI, research, nutrition knowledge, and well-proven dosage packaging from the pharmacy industry, to boost the customer offer.
Challenge
As a new start-up, Wellon is of course struggling with all the entrepreneurial challenges and tasks that need to be completed quickly with small margins for time waste. Especially communication was slowing down their efforts. They needed a way to collaborate in real-time both internally with Tech, Operations, and Management, but also with external marketing partners. Besides a tool to manage their marketing activities, they needed a project management tool to support their ongoing development, as well as a tool for improving the product launch process.
